01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the betvsa website, creating an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion offered by betvsa, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including any additional rules, guidelines, and policies incorporated by reference.

03 Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on betvsa. The opening of multiple accounts by the same individual, whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or device fingerprints, is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering an account on betvsa, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information in all required fields. You further agree to update your account information promptly if any details change. betvsa reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend an account where it has reason to believe that the information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.

As part of its Know Your Customer ("KYC") obligations, betvsa may require you to submit one or more of the following documents before approving withdrawals or granting full account access:

04 Account Security

05 Deposits & Withdrawals

betvsa accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to players in Bangladesh: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Deposits: All deposits are credited to your betvsa wallet in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no maximum deposit limit imposed by betvsa, although your payment provider may apply its own transaction limits. Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed KYC verification before your first withdrawal is approved.
• You may only withdraw funds to a payment method that you have previously used to make a deposit on betvsa, unless you have received prior written approval from the betvsa compliance team.
• The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms stated in the individual promotion:

• Wagering Requirement: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each promotion's individual terms.

07 Betting & Gaming Rules

• A bet is confirmed and binding once you have received an on-screen confirmation and the corresponding deduction has been made from your account balance. It is your responsibility to verify the details of your bet before confirming it.

08 Prohibited Conduct

09 Responsible Gaming
